Pizza Dough Breadmaker Recipes

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)

  • 1 teaspoon bread machine quick-acting active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons dried herbs (basil, rosemary, oregano, parsley, etc.) (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow cornmeal (optional)

  • 1 pack active dry yeast
  • 1 Cup lukewarm water
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 ½ Cups self rising flour

 

Use the lukewarm water to completely dissolve the yeast. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and beat hard for 30 to 60 seconds. Let dough stand at room temperature for about 5 or 10 minutes before heaping on the toppings and baking.

Thin Crust Pizza Dough Bread Machine Recipe

  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 Cup lukewarm water
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 Cups flour

Completely dissolve the yeast in the warm water and then blend in the rest of the ingredients. Beat hard for about a minute, then smooth out in the shape of pizza crust and pile with toppings. Bake until dough rises to a thick crust and toppings are golden brown.
